June 3th 2020. A day to remember, a day when my body finally felt ready to give me my cycle after 5 years of struggle and starvation. After 6 years in depression, 5 years struggling with anorexia, bulimia, and orthorexia, my body made the first move.

If you want your period back if you are struggling with AMENORRHEA is the absence of menstruation — one or more missed menstrual periods. Women who have missed at least three menstrual periods in a row have amenorrhea. Here is my advice to you.

1.GO ALL IN
There is nothing better. I never could imagine myself going fully all in because I was stuck in my quasi recovery for so long and I could imagine life without my comfort zone. I just sat one day and decided, I did it, I didn't doubt myself I just did it. May 11th a day to remember the day I went all in. It is the best decision you will make for your body because you crave nutrients, rest, and life. Give your body time to be lazy, sad, hungry, and happy. Just do it don't think twice.

2.STOP EXERCISING
I know how fucking hard it is. The exercise was the biggest thing for me I thought that I was healthy and that I am going to recovery no matter what. I thought I was eating enough, that it was okay for me to exercise you know because I wanted those abs, flat stomach, and lean legs. I was chasing the perfect image that I set up in my head.
Just stop once in your life go lay down, don't stress your body even more. You are not going to reach your perfect body because your mind is tired and damaged. You need time to relax and find what you truly like. I think that 4 months without any hard physical movement is a great opportunity to gain your period back and clear your mind. But I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL!

3.BE LAZY
You have my permission, lay down, relax, put a face mask, watch a movie. You put your body thought so much, its time for rest.

4.STOP COUNTING CALORIES
It is going to be overwhelming for your brain if you continue to count calories and you will never recover fully if you still hold on your old habit.
