We all have different reasons for recovery. Today we will talk about reasons for recovery from an eating disorder. Here are all of my ideas, all of my thoughts and meanings for life. I've learned about them through my recovery. If you are recovering this is a perfect post for you, nothing triggering!
You need to realize that you are not the only one with an eating disorder, there are millions of other girls and boys with the same problem.

1. Choose it
Recovery is a choice, it is a decision you need to make every day. I know how you feel sometimes, you just don't have motivation and reasons. But the first step is to be aware that you have a problem and the only way to solve that is to recover. Stand in front of a mirror and say out loud
I AM CHOOSING RECOVERY TODAY!
2. LifeThere is nothing more important and special than to have your own life. You are born on a specific day at a specific time. Your parents raised you to be a happy and meaningful child. You grow up, but now you are stuck. Let me explain you something, you have a body, only one and specific body, you have your mind with all the great ideas and memories in it. You have a soul with passion and you have a life. Life is just this one moment that you need to make peace with, so you can explore all the beauty in this world. Only when you make peace with your life, mind, soul, and body you can make another step, your life will take you to another place.

3. Health
There is nothing more beautiful than to be in a healthy body again. Arent you enough of feeling cold, weak, slow, bad, angry, anxious, depressed, nervous, guilty all day long... I know I'm, do you know how awesome is to feel great, proud, happy, free, energize again. Do you really wanna be stuck in that little cold bubble for the rest of your life?

4. Body
Body shape! You will have an ass, boobs, stomach, face without an undereye circle. You think the recovery will make you fat, well you don't know what is life then. Recovery will build your body from the deathbed. Recovery will make your body have shape and there is nothing wrong with having your own shape because that is your life meaning be unique and proud of it.

5. People
Do it for people that believe in you, for people that you care for. Do you so you can spend more time with them in the future.

6. Food
All the great food in this world. Common aren't you tired of being scared. Don't you ever dream of a specific food, let me tell you recovery will bring you every food step by step. You just need to push yourself a bit furder this time and challenge yourself every day.
7. Better energy
You will start to feel happier, stronger, responsible and prouder.

8. Hobbies
Sport, running, walking, yoga, basketball, volleyball, football, whatever don't you dream of having that energy to play all day long. Do it for your passions and love and enjoy every step.
