74th days in all in!

It is challenging, hard, sad, happy, etc.

But I'm not giving up.

LESSONS I'VE LEARNED SO FAR

  1. EAT EVEN IF YOU JUST HAD SNACK
  2. EAT IF YOU FEEL LIKE YOU DON'T NEED TO
  3. EAT IF YOU THINK IT IS TOO MUCH
  4. BE LAZY
  5. FOCUS ON SELF-CARE
  6. FOCUS ON YOUR HOBBIES
  7. LEARN A NEW SKILL
  8. TAKE IT EASY
  9. REMEMBER THAT THIS IS A JOURNEY
  10. DONUTS AND SOOOO YUMMY!

Now I feel pretty confident in my skin and I move my body in ways that feels good and natural. I do yoga here and there and take walk every evening. And I enjoy in every second. I gave my body time to rest and get to know myself and what feels good for me.
