I went through extreme hunger twice in my recovery and I know how it feels. You just eat no matter what, everything is so perfect and yummy, I just didn't think about calories at that moment. But sometimes you don't know what is happening and you think you are crazy and ft because of everything. But here is the reason why you need to let extreme hunger part of you.

1. DONT THINK JUST LET IT BE
I know how bad you may feel but it is part of recovery. It is your body task to keep you alive after starvation. The moment you started eating your body realize you care and he just wants food, energy, protein, minerals... to recover your organs.
2. DONT THINK ABOUT CALORIES
Calories at that moment don't matter. All that food will just help your organs and body will know how to deal with it.

3. IT IS NEVER TO MUCH
I remember I could eat three boxes of cream cookies, three bowls of cereal, huge lasagna and I was still so hungry. The truth is your body lost everything in starvation mode and to him, it is never too much, your body doesn't know the amount. Just let yourself be at that moment and let your body have all the food.
4. IT IS NEVER TOO LATE
Don't think about the time on the clock or in recovery. You can have extreme hunger for the fourth time and that is okay that shows that your body just needs more power to live.

5. WILL I EVER STOP
Yes! Don't worry it is temporary, so let your body have that moment.
