Hello, my little friends, it is day Three already and I feel really good and motivated. I just really quickly want to explain what is all in? what can you expect? what do I want to achieve with my all in the journey?


First of all, I will say that ALL In the journey should be for women that are suffering from amenorrhea, restrictive dies, eating disorder, constant bloat, cold, and tiredness. Also men. Honesty any human being that is underweight and cant live normal and free life.


ALL IN RULES

  1. Eating a minimum of 2500 cal per day
  2. Eat whatever you want whenever you want
  3. Eat to complete satisfaction
  4. Trust your mental hunger
  5. Don't follow any diet
  6. No exercise (no movement that burns calories)


WHAT I WANT

  1. My period
  2. Free me from stupid food rules
  3. Allow my cravings
  4. Rest my body, mind, and soul
  5. Figure me 
  6. Free me from diets
  7. Increase my metabolisam


WHY AM I DOING THIS

  1. I am stuck in my quasi recovery
  2. I am anorexic
  3. I don't have a period (for 3 years)
  4. I think and want food all the time
  5. I am stuck in a binge, restrict cycle
  6. I am not at my set point weight
  7. I am overexercising
  8. I'm tired


WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

  1. It won't be easy
  2. I will overshoot my normal weight
  3. I will eat a lot of food
  4. I will be bloated, fart and burp a lot
  5. I will change my body
