I know hows it feels to stress and overthinking and worrying. You just feel like your head is going to explode, sometimes I can't even sleep because of that. I can't control my stress thoughts sometimes, but through my recovery, I learned something. I learned some tips that helped me reduce stress and worrying and start living.

We experience stress when we popup to our future and leave the present moment.

1. SLOW DOWN 😋
YOU WILL FIGURE THINGS OUT. Brake it in small steps, don't overwork. Most stress comes when we rush in our lives when we think we can do 100 things but the truth is we can only do 30. It's OK to say no to some stuff, your brain can't process all of that information to take a breath and really think. Quality over quantity.
Accept what cannot be changed. We can accept what we cannot change by changing what we can. Make choices that are realistic, not out of reach.
2. PREPARE THE DAY BEFORE ⛅
If you are rushing to get on time for your meeting, you can't find the perfect outfit, your siblings are yelling, and you break down... If you need to go to doctors tomorrow or school or work don't be a lazy ass to prepare everything you need the day before.
Put your outfit on a desk, clean your backpack, make a lunch to carry on with you. And before you get to sleep say -IM NOT GOING TO STRESS TOMORROW-

3. RECOGNIZE YOUR THOUGHTS 🤷
Let go of bad thoughts that don't serve you. If you are feeling stressed now step back, close your eyes and recognize your thoughts, write them on paper. Look at that list and at the end write- thank you but I no longer need you. As you become aware of these signs, you are beginning to identify how to make stress work.
4. DECORATE 🌹
Create environments that reduce stress. Colors of the walls, floor coverings, and furniture can reduce stress. Make your room, office, house a space that makes you smile.

5. DO WHAT YOU LOVE 🎈
Go for a walk, ride a bike, dance like an idiot to your favorite song, walk a dog, paint... There are so many things to focus on that makes you feel great. Instead of worrying on things that will maybe never happened.

6. FILL YOUR LIFE WITH EXPERIENCE 🌍
Experience over a lot of things. Really enjoy the moment that you are in take everything to learn. What is the point if you are on vacation but you are doing 100 different things that have no sense and you will forget about this moment. Realize you likely need a lot less than you have.

7. MEDITATION 🌌
Just sit down and be here for 5, 10, 20 minutes and breathe
8. SUPPORTIVE PEOPLE 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧
Spent time with people who love you, go for a walk with them, go to the coffee shop, go to shopping... Get your body out of space that cost you stress.
