Self-care isn't selfish. Your body is your home so treat it as best as you can. Self-care is important, put it in your routine, enjoy in it. So, please decide to take care of yourself, make a habit tracker, put it as your goal for this year. Taking care of yourself will lead to self-love, and I guarantee you will start to see many positive changes in your life.
Here are some of my tips to practice self-care every day:

1. PSYCHICAL SELF-CARE
Go for a walk, hike, ride your bike, connect with nature, just go out and get some fresh air.
Drink a lot of water and eat some fresh fruit.
Cook a new recipe and enjoy with your family or friends.
Play with your pets, hang out with your friends or siblings.
Take a nice hot shower or bath.
Brush your hair, clean your face and out a face mask. Maybe paint your nails in crazy color and put your favorite dress on.
Get a massage, go to a hairdresser and maybe dye your hair in new color.
Dance in your room and try a new outfit.
DIY something, try to make a visiting bord.
Eat your favorite candy, treat yourself.
Psychical self-care can be as simple as you want, it depends on how much time you have. But you need to know that even when you brush your hair and talk to yourself you taking care. Just try to do at least one per day, don't forget that your body is caring you all day long to say thank you.


2.MENTAL SELF-CARE
Meditation, yoga
Stretch your body, work out for 20 min
Write a list of all the things you love about yourself/your life/your passions/your dreams
Read a good and inspiration book
Turn off your phone, don't go on social media, focus on yourself
Watch or listen to a motivational speech
Get created, make DIY, paint a picture just play with colors
Go for a deep walk
Buy yourself a bouquet of flowers
Create a vision board of your dreams

Using your words to build yourself up. Positive self-talk, slow down and enjoy in every breath. Give yourself what you need, when you need it. Spend time on things you love and that makes you happy. Be grateful for this day, for your soul and body, you only have one life.
