Feeling like you are not good enough, that people will judge you, laugh of you, negative self-talk...
Self-doubt is the opposite of self-confidence, confidence comes from understanding and believing. It comes with knowledge and the more you study and experience more confident you are. Here are some of my tips on how to better deal with self-doubt.

1. DONT FOCUS ON THEM
You cant overcome those thoughts it's 100% normal for every human. We are all dealing with self-doubt. But you need to know that any time you heard that voice just start thinking about the most beautiful experience you had. Switch your focus on everyday life, don't live in your head, the more you focus on life around you, the more you forget about self-doubt.

2. SHOW MORE INTENTIONALITY FOR LIFE
Don't go through the motions, don't just react to other peoples needs. Set an intention of how you want to feel today (happy, strong, kind...), what kind of person you want to become? Focus on things that make you a better and more meaningful person you want to be.

3. HAVE A PLAN
Have a plan of what you want, prepare, learn, do the recourse. Know the steps for success. Know what you are doing. Knowing where you going and what you are doing you become more confident and you have less negativity.

4. ACTION

Take action! Focus on action, push through that moment of doubt, break the needle. Stop thinking about it. The moment you take the action you are proving to yourself that you know what you are doing. It's okay to feel that feeling but just don't let them stop you.

5. BE PROUD
Don't judge yourself, instead try to fix the problem, find the meaning and positivity.
