About this topic, I learned from the book by Dr. Joe Dispenza. The book is awesome and I will love to share some of the tips, why you can't change your bad emotions. I will like to share some of my tips on how you can practice and start changing your emotions. Enjoy...
1. HOWS YOUR BODY REACT WHEN YOU DECIDED YOU WANT TO CHANGE 💌
After years and years of feeling depressed, anxious, wrong, bad... cells of your body are habits to take more molecules of emotions (depress, anxious, tired emotions...). You taught your body to live in that kind of space, your body needs more chemical needs, coming from your brain and producing emotions and now you want to stop it. Your body starts to be addicted to some emotions like on drugs.
--Thereafter, in your body, the excitement of emotions sends a brain message (bad voice, Ana ...) to prevent you from giving up a certain emotion.
-At the moment you start listening to your voices you start questioning yourself, you start to trust them, mental amnesia occurs and you forget your goal.
- It's so funny how our body knows when we want to change and how he reacts, at that moment you are back to basic.
! At the moment when we stop working with what we are accustomed, chaos occurs between our body and mind. !
2. BALANCE YOUR BODY AND MIND 💕
You need to give the body and mind to work together and interrupt the chemical continuity of our existence filled with bad emotions. I know it is not easy but I have some practices that can help you.
If you want to change you need to delete from the memory emotions you don't like.
My practices:
a) Change your perspective to life, travel more, meet with a friend, see the world with another eye...
b) Wake up with a plan of knowing how you want to feel today. Try your best to control bad emotions and destroy them with happiness.
c) Meditation
d) Journaling
! If your mind and body are on separate sides you will never change!
3. MOVE ON FROM THE PAST (SMELLS, OBJECTS, PEOPLE, PLACES...) 💖
Our brain makes the chemicals that we call emotions. We can activate our emotions with certain smells, people or places. We actually remember the experience because it is enough to recall places or feelings. Feelings and emotions are a chemical record of our past experiences. Due to the frequent recollection of our past emotions, sorrows, depressions and, if so time is felt, the DNA that peptides use in protein production begins to shake. Because of that, your body begins to old faster.
We can change that by simply sending our brain the information that we are in a happy moment, that we are at the beach with our family... Simply changing our environment even if we aren't there makes your brain produce more protein.
4. JUST BELIEVE 💗
I know this may seem crazy to you but if you don't make peace with your mind and body and start moving it toward happiness no matter of your voices. You are the driver from your life, you can replace bad emotions, simply just start believing!
