 So I usually wake up with a smile but sometimes things don't go as I planned throughout the day. I just lose my motivation and spark for the better day, and I become depressed and anxious or overwhelmed with everything I need to do. Sometimes my parents ruin my day, sometimes my siblings and sometimes I'm just not okay... So if you are enough of feeling sow and unmotivated this is a post for you.

1. OWN YOUR MORNING 💜 
The key to a successful and amazing day is morning. Everything starts at the moment you open up your eyes and breathe.
My advice is that on sticky notes you wrote all the motivation quotes and stick it on your rooftop. That way when you woke up that will be the first thing you see.
Second instead of the crazy din-dong song on your phone put your favorite and dance to wake up of the bed.
Set another alarm to remind you that you will have an awesome day today!
2. NO SOCIAL MEDIA IN THE MORNING 💜 
Don't check your email, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter... first thing in the morning. You will feel guilty and you will lose a lot of time on that.

3. GRATEFULNESS 💜 
Start each day with a grateful heart. Notice everything around you, notice memories and your family. Be grateful because you woke up, you are breathing and you have a house. Be grateful for small things and you will grow in a stronger person. Become more observant the world is full of surprises, ideas, mistakes, and experiences.

4. PLAN YOUR DAY, THE DAY BEFORE 💗 
Make a plan for everything you want to do the day before. That way you will better fall asleep and you don't have to worry about your day.

5. DONT LET BAD ENERGY RUIN YOUR DAY 💖 
Simply just smile and notice that they are feeling bad today, and that's okay but you don't have to feel bad. Be sunshine on a rainy day, make that smile and try to fix a situation. But don't focus on bad energy, generate your own sunshine and be happy.
6. DANCE, SING, READ, TAKE A WALK 💗 
Move your body in a positive way, enjoy the weather and explore.

7. MAKE YOUR FAVORITE BREAKFAST 

Most important meal of the day, never skip! Heal your body with whole foods.

8. LOVE YOURSELF 💖
And everything will be more interesting and easier.
