If you are struggling with an eating disorder, you probably have a lot of bad habits. We all have some bad habits, overexercising, weighing food, self-harm, weighing yourself, negative self-talk, overeating...
Bad habits come from your brain, more you do them you feel comfortable and you don't realize how much you hurting yourself.
Activities like eating comfort foods for a longer period is forming a pathway in the brain. Whatever habits you wish to learn, as long as you have the will to do it, you’re able to build a new pathway and reprogram your brain.

1. ENGAGE WITH DREAM ❤ 
Focus and emotionally engage with your dreams. Every morning visualize that dream. Imagine a person you want to be, what you will do, how would you feel, wouldn't be amazing to be happy? The more you repeat the new behavior in your mind, the more you are likely to create new pathways.
2. WORDS ARE TALK ACTION IS A WALK ❤ 
Set up time for recovery, think more about yourself. Create your favorite meals, talk to food, cook, challenge yourself... Share it and don't just talk about it, every day is a new opportunity to live.

3. FOCUS ❤ 
Take that focus off the old habits and let your focus fall on new ones. Stop paying attention to comfort in your head and challenge yourself!

3. SHARE YOUR VICTORY ❤

Simply you proving to others you are honest and you really want to recovery, you need to sacrifice a bit! Share it, forget it, live without demons and enjoy at that moment with real people.

4. MAKE PEACE WITH THE PAST ❤ 
What did you learn from your past? I know eating disorder past is hard, you were cold, grew, broken, tired... But now the sin is up and you see the bride side. So tell me what did you learn
Don't blame yourself. How can you be better in the future?

5. NOW, WHAT! ❤ 
What is important to you now! Think about all the areas in your life. Don't be stuck in the head with an eating disorder. How you can grow now. Get more momentum, small steps and get rid of bad habits.
6. DONT LET BAD HABITS TAKE OVER ❤ 
When you notice that your falling in the old HABITS, look at it and say “no” or “cancel.” Redirect your thoughts on the new behaviors you want to happen.
Keep doing that until you form the new habits.

7. LOVE YOURSELF ❤

And everything will be easier.
