It is begging of a new decade and we all want to be our best selves and let go of anything that no longer serves us. But thought the journey we face this fear and judgment within ourselves and never that pursue our goals because we were too scared. Here are some tips on how to be more confident and achieve anything in 2020.
I have a YouTube video on this topic
1. COUNT ALL YOUR LITTLE WINS
We all want to do something new and different and be more confident in our journey and we forget about the small things. More you pay attention to your journey and thing you learned through the journey you will get more of that wind on your back and feel more motivated. See everything in a positive light even your failures.

2. CHANGE YOUR BODY POSTURE
Sholders , back, chin up, head up and look straight into the eyes of the world. You are going to look more confident and your body is going to send signals to your brain and you are going to feel confident.
3. FOCUS ON POSITIVE
Don't be that insecure person at the back who always talk bad about themselves and focus on negative. Make a list of your best qualities.
4. THINGS YOU SAY TO YOURSELF MATTER
You are talking to yourself all the time and you may not realize that. Self-talk affects your self-confidence. Speak to yourself with love and respect, repeat affirmations, write down all the things you like to hear from others about yourself.
5. WEAR SOMETHING DIFFERENT
Your clothes can make you confident, confidence isn't just inside you present your being from the outside. So put on your favorite dress that makes you feel like you are on the top of the world and wears something that speaks to your soul. Go in your clothes and let go of everything that is too tight, bad, ripped...
6. DONT WASTE YOUR ENERGY
Let go on anything that no longer serves you. Protect your energy to put more energy on yourself. Be your own priority and cut out anything that is wasting your energy and making you tired. Hating yourself won't make any good to this world.
