I imagine comfort zone as a blanket, you can hide from people, feel warm and don't do anything for days. I know how warm you feel all you want is Netflix and chill. But when it comes to new challenges you just freeze because you need to remove that blanket, you need to get out of your zone. Here are some of my tips on how to better deal with the comfort zone:

1. DO YOU WANT IT 🌈
The way to let go of that comfort is to want to do that so badly that you don't care how cold it gets. The only failure is quitting, everything else is just gathering information. Do you really think that Beethoven was stuck in his blanket or Lincoln, Marthin Luther King, Mother Teresa... All of them didn't know what is their purpose, it was cold at the beginning but they find comfort in their passions.
2. NOTICE HOW YOU FEEL ☀
When you are stuck in your head for too long you just forget about this world, you forget to eat, pee, breathe and speak... Stop and notice how you feel! Feel your breath, the air on your skin, your heart beating, notice the energy, shut your thoughts and BREATHE!
3. NO NEGATIVITY 🤗
You are a freaking human being! BEING NOT LAYING IN YOUR COMFORT AND CHILLIN. You came screaming onto this planet not worrying what doctors think and you make so many uncomfortable things but you are a human. The world wants to see your real face, your feelings, it wants you to be happy and strong. You are perfect and you are a badass.

4. IMAGINE A WORLD AS A COMFORT ZONE 🌍
Imagine if everybody were scared and covered in their own blankets. Warm and comfortable, scared of being bullied. How would the world look like? We will miss all the happiness, joy, exploring, learning... do you really want to be known as someone or being scared for the rest of your life?

5. DO IT 💁
When you constantly doing the same thing every day, eat the same food, walk in the same direction, you send a message to your brain that you are a little chicken who doesn't know what is missing in this world. Right now there are thousands of people who do that bungee jumping you wanted to try, speaking with strangers because they are lost, traveling... Make a choice to replace all of your boring routines with something that scares you, that can be just a little bite or small talk.
6. FORGIVE YOURSELF 😘
It's not your fault that you are scared, but you really need to wake up. You screw it up in the past, and you will screw it again. Screwing up is not your special skill. Get over it.
-Holding on to my bad feelings about this is doing nothing but harming me, and everyone else, and preventing me from enjoying my life fully. I am an awesome person. I choose to enjoy my life. I choose to let go of this comfort zone!-
7. LOVE YOURSELF 💗
And everything will fall in place.
