How yoga slowly changing my life, why I started, what I learned, my routine and more in this blog post.

HOW I STARTED 🌹
I remember it was a December 2018 my mom bought me a book of yoga poses I found it interesting and wanted to try. I thought that yoga just poses and stretching, I didn't understand why you need to focus on breathing and do it slowly and calmly. It was so hard I just couldn't see a point so I start learning more and more... A few weeks later I finally understood everything. Breathing helped me to stay present and to focus my brain on now and to calm down. I need to do it slowly because I want to enjoy it and let my body feel the position.

WHAT I LEARNED 🌸

Yoga thought me so much even in just a few months I become more peaceful and find the light in my mind. I learned how to move with my breath, become more flexible and learned a lot of new yoga poses. I'm in another place when I roll out my mat and start breathing I'm in peace. I find a sense of peace with my body and I can stop when I can't, I find meaning in my life with yoga. I found the light in my mind that follow me and give me power for any challenge.

WHY I DO YOGA ♡
Because for the first time I don't exercise to burn calories. I can do it whenever I want in any time and as long I want to. It just calms me down and I can escape from this world for a few breaths.

MY YOGA ROUTINE ♡
I usually do yoga twice per day, if I don't have time than just once. I practice in morning 10:00-10:25 and night 20:00-20:30. I made my own routine I enjoy it, I love trying new poses and challenge myself. At the moment I'm practicing headstand. Sometimes I love to watch -yoga with Adriene- she is awesome.
All in all, yoga helped me in my recovery for sure. I finally realized how important are small and calmer steps. I can move with my breath, concentrate way better, I sleep better, eat better and I'm starting to feel more and more comfortable in my body. Yoga is a feeling of peace in soul and I really recommend you to try.
