Here are some of the hobbies that will help you improve your recovery and just get you at the better state of mind.
Here is how hobbies can help:

1. Hobbies help you relax without added screen time. Instead of watching a TV show or smartphone all day, a creative hobby engages a totally different part of your brain. 💆

2. Hobbies refuel the creative part of your soul. The opportunity to physically and mentally recharge your mind sparks new ways of thinking when you do resume normal, everyday activities.

3. Hobbies provide a short escape from your responsibilities.
Most importantly, the accomplishments you achieve through your hobby will help you gain confidence in yourself, and you might even decide to turn your hobby into a full-fledged business (professional painter, yoga trainer, blogger, writer...)

OUTDOOR HOBBIES: 🌲
1. PHOTOGRAPHY- This helps me to stay present and pay attention to simple and tiny objects. Document my journey and life.
2. GARDENING- The ability to plant tree or flower that will live and give you air. And the ability to see how it grows it is incredible.
3. WALKING- This is my favorite outdoor activity, it just helps me to breathe and clean my mind. Every day I can walk in another place and just escape for an hour. It helps to relax and speak with yourself.
4. CYCLING- Really creative way to see the world.
5. FISHING, SWIMMING...
6. HORSE RIDING- If you don't know me so well but I started horse riding when I was 3 and I'm still riding. It is the most incredible feeling in this world and my favorite.
7. TENNIS, GOLF OR ANY KIND OF SPORTS...- Make sure you do it because you love it!

INDOOR HOBBIES: 🏡
1. BULLET JOURNAL
- Wow this thing change my life, I just focus on those colors and spark my own soul on a paper. It is a great way to spark your true self.
2. WRITING- Blog, book or ebook... It is your creativity I really enjoy in my blog I know it is not so popular but I'm doing this to help myself and put my thought out there.
3. ART- Painting, drawing or coloring it is all art. It's a great way to escape from this world and focus on your art.
4. READING- I especially love self-help books lately, make sure you choose the right contact books and enjoy.
5. YOGA AND MEDITATION- I can describe how amazing I finally feel to move with my inner soul and breath. It is incredible to stay here with your breath.
6. DANCING- Maybe you love to express yourself through dance movement.
7. PLAYING AN INSTRUMENT- I'm playing guitar and currently learning to play the piano. It is an amazing habit and power.
