I want to talk about forgiving yourself in recovery from an eating disorder. We all make a huge mistake by starving our selves until death. Some of us forgive ourselves but some didn't, and they just carry that trash around this world.
You can not start your recovery every day buy hurting yourself because of your past mistakes.
!Your thoughts are the weight that makes your life heavier!

1. MORNING PAGES 🎇
This is writing with stream and concessions it will help you get out ever thought that is holding you back for a better day. Don't think about the content just let your words flow try to write at least 2 pages.
2. WRITE A FORGIVE LETTER 📘
Write a letter of forgiveness to yourself it is as simple as it sounds. This helped me so many times and please try to be honest and finish your letter with I FORGIVE YOU!

3. WRITE A LIST 📝
Write a list of your mistakes and then ask your mom, dad, friend or brother to give you his own perspective. I'm sure you just blame yourself for 100 things that aren't your business. Make a list and check it out that way you will feel cleaner.
4. GO EXPLORE 🏝
You don't have to go to 100$ trip to forgive yourself. Just find a day in a month when you will just go and be by yourself, alone maybe on a beach, nature or mountain. Do something for yourself, make a picknic, jump in a sea from the
cliff, jump in the river and just say out loud IM FORGIVING MYSELF AND IM FREE

5. MOVE FORWARD 🌬
You can't change what happened, but you can change every day on a better
