1. NEVER GIVE UP
If I didn't fall as a kid as I was learning to walk I would never learn to walk. Through my recovery, I felt a lot of times but I sow the light and keep reaching and pushing myself. Life is hard, but it is harder if you give up at every step you make.
2. UNCOMFORTABLE UNDERWEAR CAN RUIN YOUR DAY
3.BE GRATEFUL FOR YOUR LOVE ONCE 
Some of them are here not for the long run but for the short period. So don't push them aside, play games with your parents, talk to your siblings, and enjoy.
4. HE MIGHT NOT LIKE YOU, BUT YOU WILL FIND SOMEONE

6. SUSTAINABILITY IS LIFE

Always having my reusable bags and water bottles, sharing about sustainability and constantly educating myself.
7. STARVATION IS NOT THE ANSWER
I learned that through the hard way, by going through my ED. You are already enough, you are a universe inside of your body, you are a light, living human being that needs nutrients. Starvation will only harm you, not make you happier.
8. ITS OKAY NOT TO BE OKAY
9. I AM MORE THAT A NUMBER

I am not a number of calories I ate, number on a scale, or how much my food weight.
10.BE UNIQUE
Express yourself through art, make-up, fashion, creativity. Spreading things that interest me but in my own unique way.
11. FOOD IS FUEL
If you are hungry EAT if you binged the night before still wake up and EAT the next morning if you crave something EAT. Food is fuel and allow yourself everything your heart and stomach desire.
12. CELERY IS THE GROWS THING EVERY/PEANUT BUTTER WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN MY WHOLE LIFE
13.REMOVE YOUR MAKE-UP

If you don't feel like shaving or washing your hair don't do it, but always remove your make-up before bed.
14.BE KIND TO YOURSELF
You will make mistakes, you will experience a lot of things in your life journey don't be so hard on yourself. Hug yourself and be gentile.
15. ANIMALS FEEL PAIN
Animals are my balance, if you still consume animals and their products you are still my friend and I don't have anything against your decision.
16. YOGA IS MY ESCAPE
Meditation and sitting in silence, deep breathing and stretching.
17. DONT GROW UP
Don't rush with your goals and expectations, don't rush with growing up.
