So today I want to share my recipe ideas with you guys. I am a vegetarian for almost a year now and at first, I was struggling so much with food, and I think that regardless if you are a vegetarian or not this recipe will be so good for you. I hope you will try them, let me know on my Instagram if you tried them.


1. MUSHROOM AND BROCCOLI FRITTERS

INGREDIENTS:

200 grams of mushroom

150 grams of broccoli

1 tablespoon of flax seeds

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

6 tablespoons of flour

salt and paper

one small egg


HOW TO MAKE IT:

Cook your mushroom and broccoli you can do it together. Add it to the blender, crack your egg and blend it. Add your seeds and salad and paper, blend and at the end add flour. I love it when my fritters are like dough so feel free to add more flour. After that hear a fire add some oil and fry them until they arent gold brown. Enjoy!

2.COUSCOUS FRITTERS

INGREDIENTS:

200grams of couscous

1medium carrot

1paprika

salt and pepper

1 egg

7 tablespoons of flour


Let's MAKE IT

Cook your couscous and add your salt and paper. After it is done blend it with egg and flour. In the end, just add your carrot and paprika and you are done. 

3.OMELET WITH TOFU

INGREDIENTS

3eggs

salt

flax and chia seeds

50 grams of tofu


Let's MAKE IT

Prepare and add any seasonings to your tofu I personaly love paprika and coconut oil for my tofu and after that add that in your scrambled eggs and fried it like a pancake. Fried that for 5 min and you are done.


4.PEACE FRITTERS

INGREDIENTS

500 grams of peace

salt and paper

6 tablespoons of flour

1 egg


Let's MAKE IT

Cook your peace and after it is done blend it and add your egg and salt and paper. Add your flour and fried fritters for about 5 min and enjoy.



5. AVOCADO AND PEAS FRITTERS

INGREDIENTS

500 grams of peace

salt and paper

6 tablespoons of flour

1 egg

half of avocado


Let's MAKE IT

Cook your peace and after it is done blend it and add your egg and salt and paper. After blending add your avocado and blend. Add your flour and fried fritters for about 5 min and enjoy.


6. SPINACH FRITTERS

INGREDIENTS 

200 grams of spinach

salt and paper

1 egg

6 tablespoons of flour


Let's MAKE IT

Cook your spinach and add your salt and paper. After you cooked it add egg and mix it, add your flour and add oil and fried your spinach fritters, enjoy!
