1. VEGAN BANANA BREAD
INGREDIENTS
2 ripe bananas
25 grams walnuts
15 grams pumpkin seeds
30 grams almonds
100 grams of flour
1 tablespoon of coconut sugar
2 tablespoons of flax seeds
Baking powder and baking soda
LET’S MAKE IT
Mix baking powder and baking soda in a bowl with flour. Mash your bananas and add coconut sugar. Blend your nuts and seeds. Add your nuts to banana and mix it, then add your flour mix it until you don’t have dought. Take a pan and put a baking paper and put it in and bake for 45-50 min at 180C.
2.VEGAN MUESLI BAR
INGREDIENTS
340 grams of oats
2 tablespoons peanut butter
4 tablespoons of agave syrup
1 tablespoons of flax seeds
50 grams of almonds
40 grams of walnuts
30 grams of pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
LET’S MAKE IT
Melt your peanut butter on a low heat and add agave syrup and coconut oil. Blend your nuts and add oat mix it together. Add peanut butter and mix. Put it in a small container and sore in fridge over night.
3.VEGAN COOKIES
INGREDIENTS
250 grams of oats
2 tablespoons of flax seeds
1 cup of crunched hazelnuts
1 ripe banana
1 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter
1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
LET’S MAKE IT
Mash your banana, then add nuts and oats Minx all well together at the end add peanut butter and bake for 45 min at 180C or store in fridge over night.
4. VEGAN SNICKERS
INGREDIENTS
7 tablespoons of peanut butter
10 dates
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 tablespoon of crushed hazelnuts
7 tablespoon of coconut flour/or any flour you have
LET’S MAKE IT
Cut and clean your dates and blend them in food processor. Add peanut butter and 60 ml of water and blend it together until it is smooth. Add most of the mixture in one large bowl and rest add in other bowl. In your first large bowl add melted coconut oil and flour and mix until you have dough. Take a container or pan and layout your dough. Dont make it to thin... On top spread your peanut butter mixture and sprinkle hazelnuts.
