1.HUMMUS AND CARROT FRITTERS

INGREDIENTS

4 tablespoons of hummus

3 medium carrots

1 tablespoon fax seeds

4-5 tablespoons of flour

salt, paper, paprika powder

LET's MAKE IT

Blend your carrots in the food processor and add hummus and flax seeds. After a good blend add flour until you don't get a dought consistency. Fried them on light fire with oil. 


2.TOFU AND SPINACH FRITTERS


INGREDIENTS

60 grams of fried tofu

400 grams of cooked spinach

2 tablespoons of flax seeds

1 tablespoon sunflower seeds

6-7 tablespoons of flour

salt, paper, paprika powder

LET's MAKE IT

Fried your tofu and cook your spinach, let it cold down a bit. In spinach add tofu and seeds, mix it and add flour until you don't get a dought consistency. Fried them on light fire with oil. 


3.PAPRIKA AND SPINACH FRITTERS

INGREDIENTS

2 paprika

300 grams of cooked spinach

5-6 tablespoons of flour

2 tablespoons of flax seeds

salt, paper, paprika powder 

30 grams of pumpkin seeds

LET's MAKE IT

Cook your spinach, cut paprika in small peace or blend it with the food processor. To your spinach add paprika, seeds and seasonings mix it and add flour until you don't get a dought consistency. Fried them on light fire with oil. 


4.COUSCOUS AND MUSHROOM FRITTERS


INGREDIENTS

300 grams of cooked couscous

150 grams of mushroom

50 grams mangel

1 tablespoon of flax seeds

100 grams of cooked cauliflower

salt, paper, paprika powder 

6-7 tablespoons of flour

LET's MAKE IT

Cook your couscous, mangel and mushrooms. Add mangel, cauliflower and mushrooms in the food processor and blend. Add it to couscous, add flax seeds and seasonings. Add flour until you don't get a dought consistency. Fried them on light fire with oil.
