And here we go again, New year is here. There are new 365 days in front of you, there are new days and new memories. You probably set up your goals and resolutions, things that you really need and want to try. But the real question is HOW TO STAY MOTIVATED? HOW TO SLAY THIS YEAR?
1. STAY FOCUSED AND DONT CAREThere are so many things that can put you from your path. But you need to focus your brain on things that matter. Things that will make you successful and proud.
a) Don't care about people that don't care about your dreams and goals. Just ignore them and focus on yourself.
b) Don't let negative energy push you down, make your own energy, be your own power.
c) Age. So you think you are too old to do that? It's never too late or too early to do what you love, just enjoy.
d) What others think. You can not make everyone like your work or you, just do your best and there will be someone who will understand you.

2. MOTIVATIONAL
Every morning I listen to motivational speeches. Motivation quotes are something that you need to read every day. Write your favorite one on a piece of paper and put it in front of you, so every day when you wake up you read it. You will remind yourself what is your dream, goal, and resolution.
"The most important thing is to enjoy your life, be happy and positive, it's all that matters."

3.START BELIEVING IN YOURSELF
Rewrite your story and mind. If you constantly telling to yourself
"I CANT DO THAT, I WILL NEVER LEARN THAT... I WILL NEVER READ THAT... I WILL NEVER BE HAPPY... IM NOT WORTHY... WHAT?!"
Take a moment and listen to your words, when you constantly saying to yourself all that negativity your brain listen to that. You are actually starting to believe more and more in that. I know that you feel bad that you don't see results, but the beginning is hard, everybody sucks at the beginning. You need to know that you are the only person who can change your life, simply changing words. Your words are powerful so choose some beautiful words. When you change your words, you change the view on yourself.

4. FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT
You have to BEHAVE like you already have it. BE+HAVE- BEHAVE
Be before you have it. You want to have a healthy lifestyle, first, you need to be that kind of person. You want to write a book first you need to know what is your book about. You want to be more positive, start to hang out with more positive people. You need to behave like it already happened.
5. FORGET YOUT PAST
I have a good exercise that can help you forget about your past. Go out on the meadow, to the lake or to the river. Take a rock and say all your problems, your past problems, something that holds you back from doing what you love. Really put all your emotions to that rock, imagine that your problem is that rock. Take a deep breath and close your eyes. Then scream "I don't need you" and throw that rock as far as you can. Look how all of your problems go away.

6. TREAT YOURSELF EVERY DAY
That can be a small treat just to keep you going. That can be a piece of chocolate, 15 more minutes in front of the TV... Just something that you feel like you deserve after a long day of doing your best.

7. MASSAGE YOUR HEAD
This is so powerful, so every day at the noon I just close myself in a room and sit in front of my mirror and massage my head. While I'm going that I read all of your goals and motivations just to remind me what you want.

8. CELEBRATE EVERY TINY VICTORY
Every step is important, every step put you closer to your goal. Every step is a small breath, every step is hard work. Be proud!


So, those are all of my advice for you I just hope you learn something new and that you enjoyed reading it. More important stay present, focus on yourself and be positive. Live every day in gratitude and be thankful for your life. Lots of love!
