It is News Year time and we all have our goals and resolutions we want to achieve in 2020. It is a big year and the beginning of a new decade. Fresh start but how to achieve your goals and plan your dream life, how to take action, how to write goals and what is some goals ideas. Let's start.

1. GRAND VISION 💞
What is your big picture of life? What do you want to leave on this world? Take your time and trite 3 big things. And it is okay if you still don't know, your sign will come soon to take your time and don't doubt yourself because of that.
a)VIVID VISION YOUR GOALS
Look at the future, lean there for three years forward and be specific about your life. Journal: how you wake up, what are you doing, how are you feeling, where do you live, what are your hobbies, what do you smell... Touch every area of your life. When you are done, try to read it at least once a week.
-how this will help. It will help you fill those small steps towards your big goals in life, help you truly feel and live in that moment and kept you motivated.

2. YEARLY GOALS 📒
Brake down this big picture and make small steps for your yearly goals. What is possible for you to accomplish in this year to take you closer to your dream? Dig deep in all areas of your life: creativity, mental health, physical health, personal growth, spirituality, relationships

3. CATEGORIZE 🌞
Look at your goals and separate them in three months. So that means what are the 3 big goals you want to do in your first quarter January-March. It is better to focus on one thing then on the whole goal it can be overwhelming. When you focus on one thing you can complete that and if you still didn't complete that it's okay put it in the second quoter.


4. IMMEDIATE ACTIONS

When you set up your goals for January-March what are the immediate actions you can take. If you want to start a business:
make a website, make a logo, find a niche. You want to hang out with people more: what kind of people I like, where I want to hand out, what to talk about...
a)MARK THREE MOST IMPORTANT STEPS and put them in your TO DO list

5. HABITS FOR YEAR

If one of your goals is: workout, meditation, reading, eat healthier, play an instrument, clean, dring water, stop smoking, skincare...
Then separate them in a different spread to focus daily or weekly it is up to you.
