Obviously you need to clean the space you are going to spent most of your time in. Make it nice and tidy so that you yourself also feel welcome. Your environment have an impact on how you feel.

2. READING

Take a break from latest news. Because it can be pretty overwhelming to be constantly reminded on how we all are going to dye. So get lost in nice romance, action, self help book or audiobook.

3.LEARN SOMETHING NEW

Why not take this time to invest in yourself. Start painting, playing an instrument, TikTok, blogging...

4.GET BACK TO YOUR OLD HOBBIES

Get back to your old desires that you always pushed aside because you were to busy scrolling on TikTok.

Playing games, instruments, singing, bullet journal...

5.CALL YOUR LOVE ONES

You still have your phone, FaceTime, internet. Call your grandparents and make them smile, share the latest things you tried to do. Call siblings, family, friends... We all crave attention in this time.

6.DO YOGA

Do any type of exercise, move your body, get your blood flowing and enjoy.

7.COOK

Finally time to eat as much we want and whatever we want because who know for how long we will need to be self isolating. Here are no cute boys to be thin for of expectations. Cook yourself a big meal and eat it queen you DESERVE IT.

8.NETFLIX AND CHILL

We all need this.
