At the beginning g of my recovery, I didn't want to stop counting, through the hard times I just didn't want to stop. I was so connected with my apps and I thought that my counting is healthy. I thought I was eating enough, but I never did. When I stopped, my life really changed. Now I don't count calories for more than 2 months, for you that may seem a little but believe me it is hard to maintain that and I am proud.

1. YOU NEED TO WANT IT 🎇
I remember watching dozens of YouTube videos on how to stop counting calories, all the tips, and hacks. But the truth is it was just a waste of time because I truly didn't want to stop. I didn't take anything from that video. The real point was to stop counting but I didn't see the light.
So my advice here is to sit with yourself have a nice talk and really decide to make a change. Because as long you want it nothing can stop you. There are always going to be hard days but now you need to do this for yourself.

2. DELETE THE APPS 📝
RIGHT NOW! You have the power of your actions don't let your bad thoughts destroy another great day, chance to be better. I know it is hard to click that delete button, I was there you will be anxious for a few days, but you will be free at the end.

3. DONT READ CALORIES AT THE SHOP 🙀
I don't even know how many times I wanted a certain food but I was stopped because of the number. If you see something you like, take it don't limit food as a number because I'm, not number 5 and you do not number 9 and food aren't 1000, be more appreciative and grateful for the opportunity to buy food. Practice, because it isn't easy.

4. DONT STOP 💚
When you delete the app, don't ever look back. I felt a bit anxious the first few days but it passed away. You will forget about it, that bad habit took so much of you, so fight
