My whole recovery was like that, I would have a fear of eating too much in the morning and them I can't stuff myself at the night with all that candy. I kind of didn't have that fear of eating before bed because all the food will just heal my body and I will be a thing in the morning. But it is a problem and here is how to realize and deal with it.

1. IT IS NORMAL 🍪
It is normal to crave all of these things because you restricted them for a long time and the moment you gave them to your body you can't stop. Why I can't stop? Because your body won't know when you will feed it again, your body is HUNGRY.

2. TAKE YOUR TIME
It may take 2 months or 2 years for you to realize and find the balance with eating more in the morning and through the day. But take your time and find what works for you, maybe you need to eat a bigger breakfast or dinner, but it is not that bad to treat yourself at the end of the day.

3. EAT MORE IN THE MORNING
To stop this constant hunger at the night for me the best solution was to eat bigger breakfasts because I will starve myself so I can eat more later. But why? If you crave waffles, cookies or bread in the morning there is no one to tell you you can't have it. Really if you want to fix your problem you need to eat more throughout the morning, and DONT EVER SKIP BREAKFAST AND MORNING SNACKS!

4. It's AWESOME TO EAT A LOT BEFORE BED
Especially if you are in recovery the best meal for you to have is night snack which for me is around nine o'clock. It is the right time to eat all of that candy you are craving because your body needs that energy, that healing, and food, to keep you alive. And at night it helps you recovery!

5. DONT FEEL BAD THE NEXT MORNING
Don't restrict and hate yourself if you allowed yourself to eat the night before. Please take care and it is important to allow yourself to have cravings. Give your body the food that it needs, be happy and enjoy.
