So far so good. I'm feeling excited and full.
It was hard to say no to my exercise routine but I found that listening to music and painting really helps.
Today I also cleaned my clothes and that helped to get rid of my thoughts.
I'm really gassy, really bloated and my thighs are touching. AND IM OKAY WITH THAT.
It's important to remember that I need this, I'm in my healing process and I'm worth my recovery and healing time.
